Join PCT Trustee and naturalist Dennis Minsky, Mark Adams of the Cape Cod National Seashore and the Provincetown Conservation Trust for a walk through Clapps Pond. Clapps is the largest freshwater bog in Provincetown. Hawks, ospreys, and an array of rare flora are found along the Clapps Pond trails. The pond is home to many seabirds, migratory birds, turtles, and river otters.
Meeting location: Shank Painter Wildlife Sanctuary parking area (off Route 6 west)
Free and open to the public. REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED. LIMIT OF 20 ATTENDEES.
