Property Description
This 1.05 acre maple swamp was donated in June 2018 by the Paul R Silva Tr., Elizabeth Nominee Trust. It borders the Old Colony Nature Trail and Howland street.
Fauna and Flora
Maple trees are found aplenty on this property. There are also a few species of ferns, oaks, and aspen.
Animals found here
Turtles and migratory birds of all kinds (including Orioles, Rusty blackbirds, and Bluebirds) use this wetland as their habitat.
