Property Description
This maple swamp parcel was donated to the Provincetown Conservation Trust in December 2001 by Miriam Collinson. It contains .32 acres of both upland and wetland and abuts the Hawthorne Wildlife Sanctuary.
Fauna and Flora
The maple swamp contains, large maple trees, oak trees, a variety of swamp ferns, and lady slippers abound here. A plethora of migratory birds have been found on the property as well as rare sightings of owls and red-tail hawks.
