This 2.25-acre parcel of grassy dune and beach is situated in the East End at 1 Winston Ave and includes frontage on Provincetown Bay. it was generously donated to the PCT by Fred Sateriale in December 2023. The parcel can be accessed from a beach public right of way on Winston Avenue.
Fauna and Flora
Numerous species of shorebirds frequent this area throughout the year and waterfowl and marine life can be spotted from the beach.
